my account Username: Plumcards    IGN:cobaltblade-templar is bugged ,ithink and i cant login.. im not using any cheat or anything to be banned.. the login message says "ID AND PASSWORD IS INCORRECT"..

please help me to retrieve my character, its been 5days since my last play  Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad
